No. 1 Pick goes to...

The Carolina Panthers again. These odds obviously aren't likely but can't see them winning more than two games with Cam Newton under center without a proper offseason. If this happened they'd obviously look to trade as they wouldn't be in the market for Andrew Luck, though that would be the better quarterback.
